CODE OF CONDUCT

Core Values

The European Psychosynthesis Association (EPA) was founded in 2021 to unite psychosynthesis practitioners across Europe, creating a collaborative, respectful, and supportive community.

Inclusivity and Diversity

We celebrate diversity and welcome practitioners from all fields where psychosynthesis is applied, including therapy, coaching, education, business, and the arts.

Membership is open to individuals who have completed at least one academic year of psychosynthesis training.

Respect and Collaboration

Members are expected to treat each other with respect, creating a culture of openness and mutual support.

We value learning from each other’s experiences and insights, contributing to the growth of our collective knowledge.

Community Engagement

Members are encouraged to actively participate in EPA programs, including regular gatherings, workshops, and special events.

We prioritize connection, networking, and providing opportunities for engagement and shared learning.

Non-Competition and Cooperation

The EPA exists to collaborate with, not compete against, existing psychosynthesis schools and institutions.

We strive to cultivate a European and international perspective, valuing the wisdom gained from diverse practices and cultural backgrounds.

Honoring Our Heritage

We acknowledge and honor the pioneers of psychosynthesis who have paved the way for our current practices.

The EPA recognizes and celebrates the lifetime contributions of individuals who have significantly influenced the psychosynthesis community.
