The art of living
Psychosynthesis provided me personally and professionally with a truly effective psycho-spiritual framework, the basis of which is the fundamental desire for unity within ourselves.
A vision that suits me very well, it allows our potential to grow and flourish in the reality of everyday life. Obstacles and challenges showed me and many others the way in this ongoing process of fulfillment. Moreover, it is the practical bio-psychological methods of psychosynthesis that are wonderfully useful for myself, my clients and students.
The EPA provides an open-minded healing environment where art, personal growth and collective transformation come together, inspiring a more harmonious and conscious society. Expressing ourselves through simple, spontaneous art is a bridge to inner growth.
Imagery and creativity, involving all the inner and outer senses, are powerful tools for self-discovery and transformation. Applying our inner images in daily life is vital to the art of living.

EPA Summer School
In 2023, the EPA hosted a five-day Summer School in the Swedish countryside, continuing the psychosynthesis tradition. Previous events were organized by the EFPP and hosted by psychosynthesis schools across different countries. This time, an EPA working group led the program. The plan is to hold summer schools every 2–3 years.
The Summer School included a rich program of seminars, workshops, speakers and social activities for EPA members. Interest was high – more than 100 practitioners from various countries attended!
The next Summer School is planned for 2026. Stay tuned!
The Summer School was life-changing – I made many new friends from around the world, and it opened up a broader global network! It was really nice to see everyone united by psychosynthesis – students, coaches, and therapists coming together as one community.

Being part of the EPA Summer School team was truly inspiring. The five days together brought a unique sense of connection, shared values, and belonging. Creating videos made it even more meaningful, capturing the spirit of this authentic community.
